Ebb + Flow Business Values
At Ebb + Flow Reflexology, I understand the relationship between energy and its flow within the human body, and how when it becomes stagnant during times of stress or ill health it directly impacts our emotional & physical health.
I blend deep respect, attentiveness and commitment to the skill of Reflexology to help women who are struggling with emotional and physical health (anxiety, sleep, pain, hormonal changes, digestion, injury or illness) and are looking for safe, compassionate and effective alternative solutions to manage their symptoms.
Energy
Energy affects our mind and body far before we’re able to consciously recognize it. This is the power of alternative healing; touch, smell, atmosphere, and intention are valued just as much as skill. At Ebb + Flow you’ll experience a total immersion in compassionate healing energy that is coupled with the ancient methods of reflexology to the feet to achieve mental and physical harmony.
Attentiveness
Ironically for most women, one of the outcomes of emotional and physical imbalance is a lack of self-care because you’re busy taking care of everyone else! Each reflexology treatment includes impeccable attention to YOU; from the soothing foot soak and tea during your consultation to the emotional & physical comfort of your treatment to the energetic grounding ritual as we finish. This attentiveness acts as a “booster” to your healing.
Balance
The care you receive at Ebb + Flow Reflexology is a soothing balm that eases the discord of emotional and physical health issues (stress, sleep, pain, hormones, digestion, illness or injury). You’ll experience the ancient healing practices of reflexology coupled with a relaxing spa-like atmosphere to restore the body’s natural balance and facilitate healing.
Respect
The Ebb + Flow space is a judgment-free zone. Each person will have their own unique emotions, and physical symptoms that come up during the healing process and all are deeply respected in this space.
Dedication
My passion for Reflexology is a personal one - it was the juncture in which I found relief from menopausal symptoms that were wreaking havoc on my sanity. As a result of my experience, I’ve sought to share this relief with other women as a practicing Reflexology Therapist, augment my skills yearly with professional development as well as hold a position on the BC Board of Directors for Reflexology Association of Canada to stay current with the Reflexology community nationwide.
